The breakfast selection was good, but they didn't try to fill everything up enough. The staff was friendly.

Went there on a Saturday. The cocktails are almost stronger than I would mix them myself. The staff is very friendly but sometimes a bit overloaded, so that orders sometimes take a long time or tables are forgotten to wipe.

For the price you pay, it's good. The waiters are friendly and the order is on the table quickly.

Not as cozy and well furnished as other extrablatt cafes. Staff but friendly and helpful. Coffee very good. Eat less well.

The biggest problem in the Café Extrablatt is the manager, who expects his customers to respect his unfriendly and incompetent employees, but is disrespectful himself and tried to shut me up! Instead of finding a customer-friendly solution, the managing director prefers to provoke ... very good attitude! Keep it up! (Irony!)

As always good, nice staff and the breakfast was delicious 😋, I had a tight Max, the toasted bread was really good, a large portion of ham and two fried eggs. Perfect and € 7.95 were appropriate. Started the day well saturated.

Everything okay. It's just an extra sheet. An overpriced, full chain, in which you always feel a bit uncomfortable, but you know what is there and it looks quite hygienic.

Too loud. Really, just way too loud. It is no longer beautiful.

A red-brown-haired waitress with an accent served us. She was very rude and incompetent. Hope she is quit. After a waiting time of 20 minutes she only served us when we first only ordered tea that tasted bad. And you couldn't place another order because nobody was there to take care of you. I don't recommend any. Better go next to the Turkish restauraunt gülüm.

Extrablatt has to train its staff better! I've already had bad experiences with cracked glasses here several times. You have to pay more attention to it ...

Unfortunately, my daughter's drink was served very early and our ice cream only 15 minutes later. The service was friendly and on the whole it was very nice

Coffee crema a drama It is not an art to be able to offer good salads and in the operator's own interest to have to, among other things, in the Preisliega as a café. I had complained about the Café Crema and wanted an alternative coffee crema, it turned into a coffee drama for me, as there are no other black coffee varieties - without milk and extras. The coffee tastes like cheap coffee in Madeira in a 3 star hotel, too burnt and pampered with water. My tip: Tchibo has good coffee varieties and coffee crema is not mush from Extra Blatt.

The waitress is nice but the coffee, espresso is disgusting and ugly. I like espresso. This is something very important to me. Unfortunately, i will never come here again.

Meanwhile all the cafes a d restaurants are getting 4 stars for not banning smoking in the outdoor area, I mean just forcing people to wear masks win they enter and then letting them smoke spreading aerosoles for meters just isn't right. I know it because I am doctor! Ogher than that great as last time, love the eclectic choices of food and drinks, the fast and friendly service, which could be a little unsatisfactory when it is crowded, like today.

I know the extra page from Essen and think the chain is actually good. We have already had many delicious meals there. Now we came by chance with friends in the extra sheet in Bochum in the Kortumstraße over. Unfortunately, you can leave the extra sheet Bochum confidently on the side and pass by. But first things first. With 5 people we sat down on the outside seating of the extra sheet. After a short time we were able to place our order already with our friendly service. It was a hot Saturday afternoon and among the 5 drinks ordered, 2 "Pilsken" found their way to us at the table. These two "Pilsken" were neither cold nor did they contain much carbonic acid. This should have been a warning to us, but it was beaten in the wind by us. It came then after some time the food. The calamari as seen in the picture below were carelessly and dilettantisch prepared. Completely unexpected for the service, this order was sent back to the kitchen. The also brought pizza rolls with tuna, also went back to the kitchen, as pizza rolls with ham were ordered. Due to the audacity of how this charcoal version of the calamari was delivered to us, we politely asked the waitress to send the cook and / or the manager to the table to confront the cook with his "work". It was then delivered new versions of our dishes, which we then could eat. There was no apology or further comment on the complaint, as the food was served. It was just ignored. Unfortunately, neither the cook nor the manager thought it necessary to justify themselves. This really was not very professional for a franchisee that relies on the income of its guests. Sad! Errors can and may happen, no question. It is important then how it is handled. Therefore, in the future, we will prefer to go to places where the guest is still king and not a silent, paying remanufacturer.

Typical Extrablatt joint. Nothing special, but also not bad either. Had coffee and cheesecake and the waiter was friendly enough to notice us about the deal they have with these items instead of charging us the regular price. Service was friendly and atmosphere was good. We went there to watch football.

Genuinely the worst cocktails I've ever had. I ordered a dry martini and I got a dirty martini in a large shot glass served - no olives. The mojito was quite sweet but the ridiculous part of it was the huge twig of a mint plant that was served with it in the glass. Service was polite tho.
